Job Description:

As a Supervisor in Global Workforce Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support the growth of our contingent workforce program. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis and visualization, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs and SLAs
  • Ensure all internal processes are streamlined and documented
  • Execute audit activities, including VMS data validation and monthly access reviews
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting process
  • Provide financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
  • Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset, and ability to create and refine standard operating processes (SOPs)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to understand business needs for reporting
