We're seeking a seasoned expert in workforce management to lead the migration of our UKG Workforce Central system to Dimensions. As a strategic and technically skilled professional, you will drive successful outcomes through proactive planning, execution, and technical setup.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and managing client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive migration roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.
  • Configure and optimize UKG Workforce Central and Dimensions modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Pay Rules, and Advanced Scheduling.
  • Ensure accurate data mapping and transformation to Dimensions.
  • Validate system setup through thorough testing and client walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for infrastructure readiness and optimization.
  • Integrate Dell Boomi between UKG and external systems, troubleshoot workflows, and enhance performance.
  • Support development and customization of operational reports for compliance needs.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central and/or Dimensions.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale migration projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in Time and Attendance configuration and optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Boomi integration and data transformation techniques.
