As a Workforce Integration Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify technical challenges, and develop solutions that meet customer needs. Your expertise in integrating various systems, including HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance, will be invaluable in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement interfaces using APIs for customers to connect with HCM applications.
  • Assist customers in all integration processes and design architecture programs.
  • Perform unit and system testing of configured application.
  • Develop and maintain existing interfaces to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
  • Document code, maintain revisions, test, and develop quality assurance practices.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Workforce Integration Engineer, you should have a strong background in software development, specifically with JavaScript at an advanced level. You should also possess working knowledge of SQL, SOAP, and Restful Web Services Implementation. Additionally, experience with SSO Federations and knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance are desirable but not mandatory.
