Technical Leadership and Systems Engineering

As a seasoned systems engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating the core distributed systems that form the backbone of our platform. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will play a crucial role in architecting and building foundational backend services that meet rigorous standards for performance and reliability.

  • Architect and Build: Design, develop, and operate the foundational backend services that form the backbone of our platform.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship through exemplary code, design documents, and thoughtful code reviews.
  • Solve Complex Problems: Tackle our most challenging technical issues in distributed computing, large-scale data processing, and overall system architecture.
Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of designing and building complex, large-scale distributed systems.
  • Deep expertise in backend development including system architecture, data modeling, and API design.
  • Strong bias for action and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong proficiency in at least one backend language.
  • Experience with modern cloud and data infrastructure.
