Business Growth and Development Manager

At House Of Edtech, we are seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain open communication with leads through regular calls and inquiries.
- Understand student needs and recommend tailored courses based on their requirements.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our courses, curriculum, benefits, and pricing to effectively promote them.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with students and customers to drive long-term growth.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Work Location:
- Sec V, Salt Lake, Kolkata
Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to build relationships.
