**Group Product Manager Job Description**

At the forefront of our organization, we seek an exceptional Group Product Manager to spearhead product development and growth. This role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape our product portfolio and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for conceptualizing new products, gathering feedback on unmet therapeutic needs, identifying opportunities, and presenting business cases to senior leadership.
  • You will oversee product launches, preparing manuals, designing positioning strategies, and ensuring successful execution through effective communication and collaboration with regional teams.
  • Post-launch audits will require coordination with sales teams, reviewing performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Branding and promotional initiatives will involve market research, finalizing positioning strategies, and overseeing effective promotion strategies by collaborating with external partners.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs will necessitate identifying CME needs, inviting speakers and doctors, and ensuring successful program execution.
  • Team leadership and development will involve conducting performance appraisals, mentoring team members, and collaborating with HR for recruitment and talent development.
  • Sales planning and review will involve gathering feedback from regional teams, devising region-specific strategies, and incorporating regional needs into the product plan.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in any Science stream.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Product Management in pharmaceuticals.
