Creative Visionary

The primary objective of this role is to conceptualize and implement creative strategies for various projects, overseeing them from inception to completion.

1. The incumbent will be responsible for conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies for diverse creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
2. Strong branding and brand storytelling on social platforms is a key requirement.
3. This role involves producing innovative ideas for digital campaigns and individual communication pieces, such as emailers and banners.
4. The Senior Creative Manager will lead the development of static creatives for performance marketing campaigns.
5. Clear, engaging copy/scripts will be written and guided by the incumbent for various formats, including websites, blogs, social media, and digital platforms.
6. Collaboration with writers, designers, and account managers is essential to deliver high-quality, award-worthy work.
7. Overseeing video production, including expertise in 2D/3D animation, stop motion, and motion graphics, is a crucial aspect of this role.
8. The incumbent will drive brainstorming sessions and provide feedback to refine content and creative outputs.
9. Monitoring project results and proposing strategies for future improvements are also key responsibilities.
10. Managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality, is essential for success in this role.
11. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, and understanding short-format social videos (3 sec, 6 sec, etc.) are required skills.
