
Account Growth Specialist

To excel in this position, you will be working closely with a Business Coach to track delivery timelines and identify defaulting partners. This involves supporting the coach in monitoring partner performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Business Coach in tracking delivery on time and identifying defaulting DSP partners.
- Track MOT and Block level partner profitability metric, P50, P90 route count goals, and highlight actionable areas to the Business Coach.
- Minimize losses by coordinating with station teams and the Business Coach on NL Ageing, SLP GST COD cases.
- Track DSP support hub actionable points and reach out to the Business Coach for interventions when required.
- Deep dive on network health score of partners and escalate to the Business Coach about consistent bottom-performing DSP partners.
- Track partner improvement post MEP issuances and loop in the Business Coach in case of issues.
- Follow-up on AIs generated from DSP reviews meetings and Business Coach DSP WBRs and escalate to the Business Coach in case of issues.
Additional Tasks:
- Support the Business Coach in new partner onboarding and documentation.
- Track partner levels compliance QBs.
- Improve VAS adoption, tracking policy renewals, solving invoicing related disputes, solve NL COD SLP GST related concerns, scheduling new EV vendors-Partner connect to meet sustainability goals, sharing daily DSP performance reports, submission of BG Bank guarantee within deadlines.
- In the context of pinnacle launches, evaluate document and license readiness, monitor onboarding SIMs, manage station dashboard access, and scrutinize other essential checkpoints for new 2.0 DSP partner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
