About the Role:As a Renewals Sales professional, you will be responsible for tracking subscription renewals, sending timely reminders to customers, and making outbound telecalls to ensure clients are renewing their courses on time.
You will also assist existing customers with upgrades, maintain thorough records of current and potential clients, and strive to exceed sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of our courses and be able to communicate effectively with customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Track subscription renewals and send timely reminders to customers
- Make outbound telecalls to ensure clients are renewing their courses on time
- Assist existing customers with upgrades
- Maintain thorough records of current and potential clients
- Strive to exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in renewal sales
- Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Strong time- and project-management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Capable of effective communication
- Superior customer service skills
