We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our recruitment team as an Executive Talent Acquirer.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates to support future hiring needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
