Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our talent acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building our overall talent framework, determining workforce requirements, and optimizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • This individual will partner closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and talent needs, ensuring seamless alignment.
  • They will oversee the recruitment process for BPO teams, guaranteeing that all aspects of the process are meticulously adhered to.
  • A key focus area will be designing and implementing effective talent strategies, headcount planning, and budget forecasting to meet planned client requirements.
  • The successful candidate will provide expert recruitment guidance to hiring managers and lead the end-to-end recruitment process from initial approval to onboarding.
  • Additionally, they will drive several high-impact projects/initiatives, ensuring timely delivery against business commitments.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree or equivalent, accompanied by a minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive expertise in HR data analysis and HR systems, coupled with the ability to think strategically and operate autonomously.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong problem-solving skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and exhibit exceptional adaptability.
