Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Your primary role will involve serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries and providing exceptional support. This includes identifying new business opportunities, promoting and selling specific products or services to both existing and prospective clients.

You will also be responsible for overseeing client accounts to ensure their needs are met, addressing concerns, and looking for opportunities to enhance their experience through upselling and cross-selling.

In addition, you will collaborate with clients to offer customized solutions that align with their specific needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Sales and Promotion: Identify new business opportunities and promote/sell specific products or services.
  • Customer Account Management: Oversee client accounts to ensure their needs are met.
  • Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to offer customized solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer knowledge is necessary.
  • Awareness of commercial activities is desirable.
  • Sales/Marketing expertise is essential.
  • Insurance product sales experience is advantageous.
  • Money Transfer/Forex knowledge is beneficial.
  • Gold Coin Sales/Marketing skills are required.
