Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to drive business growth through collaborative relationships with merchants.

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with merchants to expand our customer base.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to increase revenue opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional service support to existing partners, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and improve overall partnership satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the expansion of our merchant portfolio.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in strategic partnership development or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including loans and deposits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong partnerships with clients.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is advantageous.
