Job Title: Senior Mortgage Client Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met, and they achieve their financial goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly, enhancing the overall client experience.
  • Accurately record all client interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for future growth opportunities.
Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify new business opportunities through strategic networking and referrals, expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs, provide personalized solutions, and develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to increase revenue from retail mortgages, contributing to our organization's success.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of retail mortgage products and services, including current market trends and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications, ensuring seamless data management and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively.
