Process Associate Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing specific tasks and processes within your assigned department or team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor all transactions and ensure compliance with quality regulations by maintaining effective relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on issues queries clarification respective to assigned Client Carrier internally with Team Lead and get it closed on Client portal.
  • Secure information by completing database backups.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Perform quality check assessment on all processes of various associates.
  • Play a vital role with co-workers to deliver the customer expected deliverable.
  • Be self-learning in new assigned Clients Carriers in a limited time frame.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain all required data report such as Production Queries of his individual on daily basis.
  • Perform multi-tasking in other assigned projects if any as well.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 WPM.
  • Excellent in reading and understanding English especially US client documents and able to self-work based on the document instruction.
  • Good in E-mail etiquette.
  • Medium level computer proficiency - MS Office - Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and to self-learn new tasks based on instruction and complete routine work in a timely manner.
  • Flexible in working any shift as per process requirement.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
