The ideal candidate will be responsible for student retention, renewals, and referrals. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging and preserving existing customers through regular communication
- Cultivating profitable relationships with customers
- Achieving monthly targets in a performance-driven environment
- Maintaining customer feedback and ensuring timely action
Required skills include:
- Proficiency in English communication and written skills
- Computer Science or technical background preferred
- Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales is preferred
- Exceptional communicator and influencer
- Result-driven with target-centric job experience
- Self-learner with high grasping ability
