
Customer Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding existing relationships with high net worth customers while sourcing new customers through various channels.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships
- Sourcing new customers through external efforts and acquisition channels
- Cross-selling bank products to existing customers
- Informing customers about new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship
- Planning and conducting special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients
- Coordinating with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products
- Maintaining complete records of assigned customer accounts
- Tracking customer complaints, queries, and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer orientation
- High energy and drive
- AMFI certification is preferred
- Educational Qualifications:
- Graduates or Post Graduates
- Experience Profile:
- Graduates or Post Graduates with 3-5 years of experience in a sales team
