Project Manager for Solar Water Pump Installations

We are seeking a seasoned project head to lead the end-to-end execution of solar water pump installations across multiple states. This leadership role involves driving timely commissioning, quality compliance, partner coordination, and on-time claim submissions in line with government guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a reliable network of field installation partners, ensuring clear agreements, performance monitoring, and training.
  • Ensure seamless workflows – surveys, procurement, dispatch, installation, inspections, RMS integration, and claims submission – all within strict timelines.
  • Oversee portal uploads, inspections, and penalty waiver processes while ensuring 100% documentation compliance.
  • Drive training programs for partners and internal teams on installation quality, RMS integration, and farmer education.
  • Lead a state-spanning project team with structured daily/weekly/monthly reviews, adherence to SOPs, and strong accountability frameworks.
  • Liaise with government officials, farmers, installation partners, and internal customers to resolve delays, escalate issues, and ensure approvals.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, refine SOPs, and implement corrective/preventive measures to ensure smooth project delivery.

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Power engineering and an MBA in Operations or related field. The candidate should also have 15+ years of experience in large-scale project management, with 5+ years in multi-state EPC/renewable installations under government schemes.
