The Regional Sales Manager will play a crucial role in franchise development, sales growth, and service network expansion. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in automotive service or sales and be willing to travel extensively within their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Franchise Sales & Expansion

  • Identify and onboard new franchise partners in their designated region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote franchise opportunities.
  • Conduct franchise presentations, negotiations, and agreements with prospective business partners.
  • Ensure franchisees understand operational procedures, sales targets, and business models.

2. Direct Sales & Market Development

  • Sell Machines directly to all the sectors, workshops, service centers, and fleet owners.
  • Develop strong relationships with all related industries.
  • Work closely with mechanics and service professionals.
  • Identify high-potential markets and customers within the region to maximize machine sales.

3. Franchise Support & Operational Management

  • Train franchise partners and their teams on machine operation, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Monitor franchise performance, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure franchisees maintain HONC brand standards and service quality.
  • Assist in technical troubleshooting and after-sales support to enhance customer experience.

4. Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Organize and participate in regional auto expos, trade fairs, and promotional events.
  • Execute local marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and awareness programs.
  • Work with the corporate marketing team to generate leads and drive regional brand awareness.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the General Manager and top management.
  • Track regional sales trends, franchise revenue, and market feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Industry Experience: Must have 5-10 years of experience in automotive service/sales, auto dealership management, or vehicle maintenance solutions.
  • Sales & Business Development: Strong expertise in franchise sales, B2B sales, and automotive product promotion.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle engines, carbon cleaning, and service operations is preferred.
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills: Excellent ability to present, negotiate, and close deals with franchise partners and customers.
  • Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel extensively across their assigned region.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to guide and support franchisees, sales executives, and local service teams.
