The Examination Department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as its Head. This role will oversee the planning, scheduling, and conduct of university examinations, ensuring their smooth and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement examination policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Supervise the examination process, including result processing, grading, and timely declaration of results.
  • Coordinate with academic departments, faculty, and administrative teams for seamless examination management.
  • Implement digital tools and technologies to modernize the examination system, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with UGC and regulatory norms, upholding the highest standards.
  • Address student grievances related to exams and results in a transparent and time-bound manner.
  • Lead and mentor the examination team to achieve operational excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A master's degree with strong academic credentials; PhD desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of administrative experience in examination management, preferably in higher education institutions/universities.
  • In-depth knowledge of examination systems, evaluation methods, and academic regulations.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in ERP/systems for examination management, leveraging technology to drive improvement.
