Financial Partner

Your key responsibilities include:

  • To serve as a trusted business partner, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to senior management.
  • Responsible for monthly closing activities with thoughtful analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and variances.
  • Obtain and provide accurate operational information to deliver timely and accurate forecast processes.
  • Continuously enhance and streamline existing management reporting processes through automated tools and establish an organized and structured reporting system.
  • Deliver senior management relevant business analysis to support ad-hoc requests and ensure timely and accurate information gathering.
  • Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drive early warning for any inconsistency/risk.

You will bring:

  • Chartered Accountant/MBA qualification
  • 5-8 years' financial and/or operational experience
  • Excellent team player skills
  • Strong analysis and communication skills
  • Successful finance business partnering experience
  • Experience in Transformation Projects is preferred
