Senior Financial Analyst

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our finance team. This role requires deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic business support.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario/simulation planning to drive business growth and success.
• Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis with meaningful commentary to inform key stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on cost centers, P&L, revenue, and expense drivers to identify areas for improvement and optimize business performance.
• Prepare presentations and ad-hoc financial analysis for leadership teams and senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Perform capital expenditure forecasting and monitor budget utilization to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business teams on cost-benefit analyses and process efficiency initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Handle ad-hoc queries, financial data reconciliation, and custom reporting requirements to provide high-quality support to internal stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Experience**

• MBA (Finance), B.Com, BBA (Finance), or CA Inter with a strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, preferably in the IT/ITES or Services sector.
• Exposure to analytics and reporting tools such as Hyperion, Tableau, or similar platforms is desirable.
