Job Opportunity:

Lead a comprehensive communications function for India operations, developing and executing strategic plans to enhance brand presence and positioning.

This role will be responsible for creating and managing all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships to strengthen the organization's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive external communication strategies in line with global objectives
  • Act as spokesperson and manage all media interactions, collaborations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Position the organization as an employer of choice through effective media, social media, and awards positioning
  • Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale
  • Drive content strategy for digital platforms, social media, and internal communications
  • Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution
  • Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes
Requirements:
  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer Branding
  • Strong media relationships with local and regional networks
  • Excellent writing, content creation, and digital storytelling skills
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful communication strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business results through effective communication.

They will possess excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills will also be essential, as will the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex communication challenges.
