About the Role

Key Primary Responsibilities include handling all BMC Remedy SaaS Releases/Changes as a part of Change Team. Coordinating with customers to gather requirements before starting any change, designing and developing the plan for its execution. Troubleshooting and fixing all issues identified during change implementation. Coordinating with SaaS Support Teams including Operations, Database, Networking, Security, and Wintel. Coordinating with Product Teams to obtain quick resolution of issues. Participating in Internal Team Review meetings.

Key Requirements

  • Desirable Experience:

    • Exposure to Remedy Change/Migration Activities is preferred.
    • Exposure in ARS Development using ARS Forms, ARS objects - Active Links, Filters, Escalation, Active Link Guide, Filter Guides, Menus, Web Services, Applications.
    • Exposure of Remedy Integrations using latest version of Remedy APIs and ARS workflow (AR , AR 8. x and AR 9. x). e.g. Integration with SRM, Incident, Change, Work Order and CMDB Module.

  • Working Knowledge:

    • SRM, ITSM, CMDB Remedy Architect.
    • ITIL v3 certification is preferable.
    • Databases such as SQL/Oracle/Postgres.

  • Personal Qualities:

    • Strong problem-solving ability.
    • Exposure to the change management process.
    • DevOps technologies and Processes highly preferred.
    • Able to work under significant deadlines.
    • Hard working, dedicated effective communication skills.

Bachelor s degree in IT or equivalent experience is required.
