Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system stability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our platforms remain secure and efficient.
Requirements
  • 4-9 years of experience in log monitoring tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with software development (Python) and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing quality support to internal and external clients.
