Job Opportunity: Senior IT Product Manager

As a Senior IT Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and refining technology product vision, roadmap, and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • • Align business objectives with technical execution to drive growth and success.

  • • Translate product vision into actionable tasks that meet customer needs.

  • • Prioritize and manage the product backlog by working closely with cross-functional teams.

  • • Gather functional requirements and conceptualize features that enhance customer experiences.

  • • Lead the product definition process, ensuring alignment with development teams and stakeholders.

  • • Manage the team product backlog, prioritizing user stories to ensure transparency and clarity.

  • • Approve product increments on sprint reviews, ensuring quality and alignment.

  • • Define the 'Definition of Done' and guide implementation to meet customer expectations.

  • • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are met and customer needs are exceeded.

  • • Foster open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.

  • • Drive continuous improvement through collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.

Requirements:

  • • 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Business Analyst.

  • • Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud platforms, and systems architecture.

  • • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and development tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • • Ability to build strong relationships, resolve conflicts, and negotiate consensus.

  • • Experience in coaching and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.

  • • Working knowledge of the retail industry and pricing domain is a plus.

  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
