DevOps Engineer Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps expert to spearhead our organization's DevOps transformation initiative.

Job Description:

    - The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of DevOps principles, tools, and technologies and a proven track record of automating and streamlining software development and deployment processes. 

    - Collaborate with engineering, development, and operations teams to establish and implement DevOps workflows and best practices 

    - Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery tools 

    - Implement and manage automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes 

    - Monitor and analyze application performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive optimization initiatives 

    - Establish and enforce security standards and guidelines across the organization 

    - Establish and enforce code-quality standards and guidelines across the organization 

    - Document and share DevOps knowledge and best practices with the team and wider organization 

    - Stay abreast of emerging DevOps trends and technologies and explore their potential applications 

    - Participate in planning and executing disaster recovery and business continuity plans 

    - Ensure production stability using various best practices so that issues are detected early 

    - Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and services on AWS 

    - Develop and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines 

    - Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications 

    - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services 

    - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AWS 

Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

    - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer 

    - Proven expertise in CI/CD tools (Drone, ArgoCD, etc.) 

    - Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) 

    - Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) 

    - Familiarity with container technologies (Docker) 

    - Experience with Kubernetes 

    - Experience with security and compliance best practices 

    - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills 

    - Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with DevOps advancements
