About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Determine customer needs and develop effective solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Bid on and secure new business contracts by building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain existing client relationships and expand their businesses through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients and meet their evolving needs.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably in a call centre / BPO / KPO / ITES / LPO industry.
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.A) or Professional Degree.
- Industry Experience:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment is highly desirable.
Working Environment:
This is a full-time position based in India, and you will work from an office location. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
