Business Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Determine customer needs and develop effective solutions that drive revenue growth.
    • Bid on and secure new business contracts by building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Maintain existing client relationships and expand their businesses through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
    • Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients and meet their evolving needs.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably in a call centre / BPO / KPO / ITES / LPO industry.
  • Educational Background:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.A) or Professional Degree.
  • Industry Experience:
    • Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales environment is highly desirable.

Working Environment:

This is a full-time position based in India, and you will work from an office location. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
