Job Description:The Service Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to desktop software and hardware. This includes troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading computer systems, as well as installing and configuring software applications.
- Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to desktop software and hardware
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to escalate complex issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of English language and technical skills on Windows desktop platform
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
