We are looking for skilled Help Desk Support Specialists to join our team
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to large enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior teams.
- Provide timely and effective communication to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
Desirable Qualifications:
- ITIL foundation certification.
- Experience with remote support tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of automation or scripting for service desk operations.
