Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Build persuasive and visually compelling proposals to communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Track destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 0–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, digital marketing, or client-servicing.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
  • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
Success Metrics:
  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the team.
