System administrators are crucial to the success of any organization. As a key member of our Corporate Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the evolution of Windows desktop services.

This position involves analyzing requirements for new requests, responding to tickets and managed solutions, creating specifications for current and future developments, and maintaining regular communication with project managers and colleagues.

  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve system efficiency and performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field, along with 5-6 years of experience in IT
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or equivalent skills in VBS, CMD, or Python
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows components, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows operating systems architecture
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience in both back-end and user-facing support

Bonus Skills

The following skills are desirable:

  • Knowledge of ITIL process concepts
  • Basic understanding of virtualization solutions like Citrix DaaS and/or VMWare horizon
  • Foundation in SQL, MDT, WDS, WSUS, SCCM, or other relevant technologies
