Job Title: Senior Corporate Governance Specialist

Description:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing expert guidance to the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filings, and statutory registers to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide strategic corporate governance advice to support the Board in their decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate the convening of meetings, including Board, committee, and general meetings, and maintain precise minutes of these proceedings.
  • Ensure timely approvals from the Board, general meeting, government, and other relevant authorities as necessary.
  • Execute all secretarial documentation accurately and efficiently.

Critical Skills and Qualifications:

  • Membership with a recognized professional body, such as the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • A degree in law, business administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
