  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including guest arrivals and departures, billing, and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure seamless Front Desk functions and promptly identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Administer front office duties on a daily basis, introducing process improvements as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails and documents.

A strong service attitude and effective interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficient organizational abilities and supervisory expertise.

  • Team players with patience, negotiation skills, and sound conflict resolution skills are preferred.
  • Previous experience working in high-end hotels in a similar role is required, preferably with at least 3-4 years of experience.
