Front Desk Executive - Jodhpur

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Front Desk Executive to join our team in Jodhpur. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and attendants/visitors with a smile and provide assistance as needed.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Handle patient queries related to billing and provide support with registration and OPD & IPD billing in our software system.
Requirements:
  • Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people.
  • Presentation is a must, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Male/Female candidates who are willing to work on Sundays.
  • Bachelor's degree holder with basic computer knowledge.
  • Background in the hospital industry preferred but not required.
