Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office GSA (Guest Service Associate) located in Jodhpur. The Front Office GSA will be responsible for handling day-to-day front office operations, which include greeting and assisting guests, phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, and receptionist duties. The role ensures the smooth running of the hotel's reception area, maintaining high levels of customer service and communication with guests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
  • Strong Customer Service skills and Receptionist Duties
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus
