Community Engagement Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Engagement Manager to bring our community to life. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that makes our guests feel at home.
Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Planning and hosting engaging activities to keep the energy high and make everyone feel included.
- Connecting with guests, understanding their needs, and gathering feedback to improve their stay.
- Being creative and coming up with fresh ideas to keep our event calendar exciting.
- Collaborating with our team, local artists, and vendors to run smooth events.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and loves talking to people from all over the world. They should be comfortable speaking in front of a crowd, creative, friendly, organized, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when needed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree (Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or similar), some experience in hosting events, working in hospitality, or community engagement, good communication skills, and basic knowledge of tools like MS Office.
