Job Opportunity: Community Building Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Building Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • This position involves managing day-to-day communication with users, ensuring they have a positive experience on our platform.
  • The successful candidate will develop strategies to increase user engagement, retention, and monetization by leveraging user-generated content and community interaction.
  • They will work closely with the product team to design and implement new features focused on user growth, engagement, and monetization.
  • The role also involves creating and nurturing micro-influencers within our ecosystem to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Staying up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices is essential to enhance user engagement.
  • This position requires managing and supporting different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong understanding of regional culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Proven ability to work with language-specific content/creators, with an understanding of regional and global content trends.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions:

The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the team and users.
