Lead Interior Design Operations Specialist

  • Customer Satisfaction Monitoring
    • Monitor customer move-in timelines, overall CSAT scores, and escalate customer concerns promptly.
Expertise and Qualifications:
  • Degree and Work Experience
    • Hold a degree from a reputable institution and possess 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations roles, preferably in similar industries.
  • Leadership Skills
    • Demonstrate strong people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.
  • Communication and Analytical Skills
    • Exhibit attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a structured thought process.
  • Adaptability and Strategic Alliance Management
    • Display analytical ability and thrive in fast-paced startup environments. Manage strategic alliances with builders, architects, and interior consultants to maximize project reach.
