About Fit-Out Management Role
Embark is a Global Capability Center (GCC) solution delivering strategic workplace design, fit‑out execution, operations, and transformation services to global enterprise clients.
Job Summary:
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit‑out projects for premium GCC clients from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, final quality checks, and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Interpret design drawings, BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
- Project Planning: Prepare and control project plans—schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate internal/external stakeholders—including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes.
- Technical Support: Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
- Reporting: Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
- Experience: 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit‑out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.
- Leadership Skills: Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
- Certification: PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
