Project Coordinators play a vital role in the success of our projects. They serve as the link between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

This is a key position that requires excellent organizational skills, strong client communication, and a deep understanding of project processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects.

They will also track and monitor design changes, update documentation, and coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications.

A Project Coordinator will organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation, act as the single point of contact for major clients, and ensure smooth communication.

Additionally, they will coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion, conduct budget analysis, and assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.

In this role, you will support project managers and executives with administrative or coordination requirements.

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.

A strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, are required.

Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

A Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is preferred but not necessary.
