Drive Business Transformation

As a seasoned Chief Innovation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency across our operations. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will lead a team of business analysts and develop key strategies that modernize our business processes and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deployment: Oversight of the design, deployment, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Transformation Roadmap: Development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with our business objectives.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Leadership, mentorship, and management of a team of business analysts and project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Software Development Lifecycle: End-to-end management of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and adoption.
  • Project Management: Identification, evaluation, and implementation of new software solutions for operational efficiency, customer experience, and data analytics gains.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cross-functional collaboration with operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams to translate their needs into effective digital solutions.
  • Project Delivery: Management of multiple concurrent digital projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget delivery.
  • Business Process Analysis: Business process analysis and re-engineering to leverage technology for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Progress Reporting: Regular progress reporting to executive stakeholders on digital initiatives' impact.
