We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Design Engineer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • The successful candidate will have expertise in physical design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys or Magma.
  • They should have strong background in floor planning, placement and routing, extraction, IR Drop Analysis, Timing and Signal Integrity closure.
  • Achieving timing closure on DDR2/DDR3/PCIE interfaces is also expected.

The ideal candidate should have 4-12 years of experience in ASIC physical design and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
  2. Interfacing with front-end ASIC teams to resolve issues.
  3. Designing low power circuits using techniques such as Voltage Islands, Power Gating, and substrate-bias.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in scripting languages such as PERL or TCL.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
