Chief Design Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with concept design teams for complex project designs to deliver high-quality results.
  • Refine selected design options into schematic and final designs, including drawings and reports that meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design value engineering aligns with business objectives.
  • Review and validate design deliverables with clients and authorities to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Develop tender documents, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and Conditions of Contract that reflect the company's standards.
  • Support project teams in reviewing design deliverables and issuing checking reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee external suppliers and subcontracts to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
  • Implement quality control policies and procedures to maintain a high level of performance.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required
  • A degree in Architecture or related field is required.
  • Master's Degree in Architecture or related field is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of industry experience in architectural design.
  • Strong experience in developing architectural designs for large and complex projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with international engineering standards and codes.
  • Understanding of global best practices and trends in architectural design.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
