**Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:**

  • 4+ years of experience in web and mobile app design.
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar tools.
  • A keen eye for modern, minimalist, and user-centric designs.
  • Strong expertise in UX principles, usability, and accessibility (WCAG).
  • Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an iterative design approach based on user research.
  • Excellent communication skills.

**What You Will Do:**

  • Design seamless and engaging user experiences using wireframes and prototypes.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate business goals into intuitive designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve design effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain a design system for enhanced workflow and brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
