As a Channel Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting and selling solar modules through distributors;
- Establishing and nurturing a productive distribution network in your assigned territory;
- Fostering strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders;
- Identifying market trends and customer needs, competition activities, and providing critical insights for sales and marketing strategies;
- Effectively managing your assigned territory, including regular travel, customer visits, and support in after-sales services;
- Executing local marketing activities and ensuring brand visibility in your territory.
Required skills include Dealer/Distributor Management, Good communication Skills, Solar Industry Knowledge, Event management, Retailing, BTL activities, B2B and B2C sales.
