We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional to spearhead solar solutions sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive B2B sales for solar inspection and cleaning services
  • Engage with solar power plants, large farms, and manufacturers to identify opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and technical teams
  • Present tailored solutions and convert leads into successful closures
Technical Understanding & Consulting:
  • Audit productivity and analyze energy output for solar power generation
  • Showcase the impact of panel cleaning on performance for Operations & Maintenance stakeholders
  • Translate client pain points into customized solutions with measurable Return on Investment
Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, Excel-based reporting, and meeting documentation
  • Track daily activities, pipeline progress, and sales performance
  • Travel as needed to client locations for business development and relationship building
Requirements:
  • 3-10 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in solar energy, automation, or clean-tech sectors
  • Exposure to solar farms, manufacturing, O&M, or auditing companies
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and business closures
