Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining and updating export files & bills of lading details in the LARA system across India is a primary responsibility.

The role entails:

  • Maintaining and updating Export file & BL details in LARA system on Pan India basis.
  • Updating all remarks received from Intermodal Team regarding Import & Export Cleanup file.
  • Handling all Export Invoice RFI'S within the established turnaround time (TAT).
  • Responding to various queries received from Vendors/GBS Team/Customer.
  • Ensuring timely provision of SDP & SDD code generation.
  • Following up for outstanding Bills payments with vendors and GBS Team to facilitate smooth payment process and update the same to Receivable team.
  • Following up with vendors until issues are resolved.
  • Daily coordinating with Mumbai Intermodal Team for Freight Order Generation & COL updation on LARA & LISA System within TAT.
  • Preparing various reports pertaining to Intermodal moves on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Addressing and resolving service-related issues or escalations in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • To ensure that vendors understand invoicing process, comply with company standards, and submit accurate invoices in a timely manner.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Regular follow-up is necessary.
  • Reports must be prepared on weekly/monthly basis within deadline given.
  • Queries should be addressed immediately. Verbal communication is not acceptable.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree holder.

Essential Skills:

  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and hardworking individual.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Tools - Excel and Power Presentation.
