Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our operations department as an Import Export Specialist.

This key role will be responsible for preparing export documents and ensuring smooth import-export processes by coordinating pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, including proforma invoice preparations as per instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing export invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, GSP documents, and bank documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate efficient document processing.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Trade or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong knowledge of export-import documentation procedures and protocols.
  • Familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS codes, and international shipping terms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with ERP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time role located in Bengaluru.
