The role of a Global Trade Specialist involves performing customs trade HTS & ECCN classification determinations for spare parts and other products. This includes analyzing complex data to identify the correct classifications, ensuring compliance with international regulations and reducing the risk of penalties.

To be successful in this position, you will need advanced knowledge of semiconductor, flat panel, and solar cell manufacturing processes. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of import and export trade compliance elements, including Harmonized Tariff Schedules and Export Classification Commodity Numbers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conduct thorough classification analysis using various trade tools. You should also be able to communicate complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
